Is your weight in a healthy range for your height? If so, and if you are maintaining a healthy weight and getting sufficient nutrition and food, then great. I can understand the concern given a history of eating disorders. If you tell the doctor what you have been eating, perhaps that will help allay those concerns.

That seems like a lot of weight to lose in a short time.
1 to 2lbs a week is a healthy amount to lose, so maybe that was their concern.
No, your doctor is not exaggerating. That’s over a quarter of your body weight and so if you’re not careful and you continue with your current routine, very soon you’ll be at an unhealthy weight due to your calorie output being so much greater than your calorie input.
i dont think he does as with history of eating problem its best to assume the worse

Nope he's not that's a lot of weight you dropped and with your history of eating disorders that something that has to be constantly monitored. Questions you said your not skipping any meal but are you changing the portions you eat did you shrink then down a little
When you say, "this year," do you mean 2022? Did you drop 48 pounds in 4 months? If so, that's too rapid and might be the cause of your doc's concern.
It's not that you lost weight, it's the rapid weight loss he is likely worried about. There are very bad things that can cause that. That having been said, if you feel healthy, and you're not harming your self, I think you're alright.
Nope because thats a crazy amount of weight loss and with a history of a eating disorder he is more then justified in being worried
He isn't exaggerating at all. The difference is enormous. Try to chanre your eating habits
That's a dramatic weight loss and I know what happened to me with that type of diet
