sounds like you might have a high metabolism and/or very active thyroid gland. which can cause you to burn calories equal to or faster then you add them. however weight training can help define you body a bit here and there.
Estrogens are responsible for distributing fat in the body, if it accumulates in the belly it is because it has little estrogen, over the years the amount of fat in your belly will increase.
I think you look sexy with big belly.
Weight distribution is different for everyone, your genetics are most likely the reason not what/how much you eat
Why are you trying to “get obese”? Eventually your metabolism will slow down and you won’t be able to lose weight.

If you don't build muscle and you're in a caloric surplus, you'll gain fat. If you gain fat, you will gain it a bit all over but disproportionately wherever you're predisposed to gain it (varies genetically). You may just be unlucky and tend to gain fat on your belly. If you want more weight elsewhere, start lifting weights/doing other strength exercises and eat lots of protein.
Just exsersize and eat healthy and not too much not too little most people appreciate a fit looking person also you could get a bit of mass you want buy gaining muscle mass better in an exercise program THIS IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND DON'T KNOW IF IT IS WHAT YOU WANT it is going to be better for your health and looks too though
Well I think you look more sexy if your belly is huge. I think that fat bellies are more sexy than flat ones so if you want to be fat I know how, but if you want to be fat anywhere else but your belly then I don't think its possible.

I don't think you want to be thick I believe that you like being thin so as far as your belly goes perhaps it is a matter of what it is that you are actually eating diet-wise. Perhaps you're having a lot of sugars which turns into fat and especially if you don't particularly spot check the area in which you're trying to work on then of course the appearance of fat what happened. Do you drink a lot of drinks that contain sugar like sodas or juices if you cut those then your stomach will slim exponentially
