It does. It comes out through your menses... simply bloody mucous secretion through vagina. At times it may be left inside but that doesn't affect. It gets degenerated after a while...

Yep it comes out and becomes your period. Your period is basically blood, some chunks of your uterine walls shedding and the egg.
