you don't lose weight fast, it takes awhile to notice results. I'm probably wasting my time but do a combination of the following.
get on some sort of weightlifting program, 3 or 4 times a week. no 5lb dumbbells , as heavy as you can go with good form
walk for 40 min a few times a week or do interval training for 20mins
most people get excess calories from drinks. no more soda. drink water, milk or "unsweetened" tea
needless sugar needs to go, and anything you would label as "sh*t" if its not a plant or an animal don't eat it

If there were an easy way to lose weight quickly, easily, and healthly everybody would already be doing it. Just eat right and exercise more than you usually do and you'll lose some weight.

You'll generally see results quickest by focusing on cardio and cutting calories. For long term success, it's also important to tone your muscles.
