I caught it around 6 weeks ago. wasn't really too bad, I mostly felt normal, but the sore throat was the worst I had ever experienced. The blocked nose was quite annoying too.
Antibiotic tablets for minimum 3 days Fever medicine when you have fever and body ache Do not drink anything cold. Even water Multivitamins are important because you'll feel the weakness a lot. Bed rest. No workout. Recovery takes about a week or two.
Assuming you were intelligent enough to get vaccinated, you just have to wait it out. Could be a week, could be 10 or 12 days. Take a lateral flow test each day to see the progress of the virus (in the early stages the line is faint, then it gets darker, then fades again towards the end). Once you test negative, you're good to go.
It wasn’t bad. I was vaccinated but not boosted. I felt horrible on a Sunday and went to urgent care. Stupid doctor said I had a sinus infection and sent me home. Felt a little better on Monday. Then that Friday I felt fine except for a bad cough. Finally took a test and I was positive but I was already past the quarantine period anyway.
Did you test positive for it? I have a friend who was sure she had it, told her doctor and he agreed, only to find a few days later she only had a really bad cold. I’ve not gotten it yet, no, thank God.
I caught it last year July. I just wanted to nap for a week, other than that I was pretty much fine. Both of our families caught it again this year, also in July, so we may have had it again without any symptoms but I don't know.
Haven’t caught it. I never wash my hands unless I go to the bathroom and have an awesome immune system becuase I’m not a germ freak. Never wear a mask? Smoke weed everyday? I dunno why I haven’t caught it yet? I’m amazed
I caught it like a week or so ago. I was sick for 3-4 days in a row. What is odd is that i had been sick like this a long time ago in my youth and i slept for 3 straight days without being able to move a muscle. But what caused that was not the H1N1 virus, it was a mixture of wine with beer and hard liquor. It is odd to say the least. The vaccine is doing much more of the killing than this virus.
i caught corona earlier on when it came out as i was working as a keyworker at the time, and so after it was over i was still having trouble breathing, and as it turns out corona can scar your lungs and give you asthma which happened to me, but its not all bad i suppose because at least i am still here lol.
Everyone is going to end up getting it eventually- it’s not going away. It’ll become more like the flu.
I avoided it for over two years and got it last month babysitting my one year old nephew (not going out and partying/living it up.) Felt some type of way about it but you’re allowed to feel like that lol
Stay hydrated, and if you can get some light exercise (walking around the house even.) Lots of sleep too! You got this
I think it was in January. About 10 of us were out sick at the station at the same time. I was tired, and that was about it. It didn't seem to make a difference if you were vaxed, vaxed and boosted, or not vaxed.00
It was rough for me but I was at a point of exhaustion where I was sleeping way too little and not getting enough rest. The people around me got better much quicker than I did. It took nearly two weeks for me to get back to normal.
I have a question for you with the COVID do u have cough and phlemg? And after the virus went away how long did the cough or phlemg remain in ur system days or weeks?
@kitty71 I didn’t have a cough so I didn’t think it was Covid at first. I just felt really tired and when I lost my taste and smell, that’s when I knew it was Covid. It took about two weeks to get back to semi-normal but it took about another three weeks after to fully get back to normal.
Personally I don't believe in the vaccines because of 1) Big pharma is all about the money constantly adding more boosters and 2) I am not vaccinated and caught Covid in January which I had the same as you with the fever and vertigo but 36 hours later my temperature was back to normal and I was out and about
I think I've caught most versions of it like 4 or 5 times since the pandemy started but the worst one which had me resting for 2 weeks, was delta. It was a nasty one tho!

Also isolate yourself if there are other people in the house.

I caught it a few months ago.
The second and third days were absolutely DREADFUL.
It felt like I had been dropped smack bang into the middle of the worst flu ever!
From day 4 onwards, my fever had broken and I recovered fairly fast, although my cardio took months to get back to where it was.

Never had it that I know of, been tested three times, always negative. Perks of living rural I guess, its easy to stay away from people.
I've caught covid multiple times and its not bad for me the worst was a headache but that was all I hope you feel better

Do not know if I've ever contracted Covid, I've had a couple of rounds of 'Cold' over the last couple of years , but no 'Flu'
I would not be surprised if I've had Covid, but if I have I've had no serious symptoms.

Back in January. I felt no different after getting tested than I did before it.
I had it but it was no worse than the flu. It just lasted longer.
