Free is when the entire nation is paying for your personal items.
Before Scotland, besides countries, many states of the countries are providing these facillities for girls and women!
Not sure whether they would be inspire by these move or not, but, in my opinion, they should!
I am against paying with my taxes for anything women wear. They should force women to pay for their menstrual crap with their own money.

Out of all the things to use tax money for, I think this should be way lower in the priority list. Typically, I'd prioritize things that benefit to more than half the population.
