I’m wondering if any women on here or men that has a wife and she was pregnant has gone through abs separation during there pregnancy and how there body recovered. I’m only 21 and am really worried that my body will not go back to normal. It did with my 1st but I didn’t have abs separation. And my boyfriend wants my body to not be completely destroyed after this one.
(Please don’t say just love your body you created two humans. I have struggled with my body image since the age of 10. If I could love my body I would but I just can’t if it doesn’t look a certain way. Lots of mental trauma from my mom)
