Epigenetics and family mostly lol. Chubbiness tend to be more common in my family but I know if I had kids, they would probably be annoyed if I passed that down to them by continuing to be chubby myself. B and D come secondary to that and really doesn't motivate me as much.

Feeling fit or strong is the best feeling. You not only reap the health benefits and the mental health ones too, but also just feeling genuinely good in what you've accomplished with a ton of hard work.

That to me is the best motivation.

I like to challenge myself. I set small goals and when I achieve them I feel great and it motivates me to do more. Plus I feel better 😁

My gym motivation is just feeling better. Working out makes me feel happier. It's miserable in the moment but good after. I don't care what I look like, I don't pay attention to people around me. I'm in and out and talk to nobody.
