I did a food app and add what I eat daily to check my calories to gain weight. It shows based on what you eat the nutrients. I eat a lot of carbs and protien, but low iron fiber calcium, potassium & Vitamin a. What foods can I include in diet to get all these vitamins? I take a multi vitamin already and that boosts up my vitamin c mostly. I eat a lot of bread and pasta as I’m underweight need gain weight. And the time I ate healthy all day like spinach avacado Turkey sandwhich, fiber bar, I felt weak dizzy and stomach was growling of hunger. Only fatty carb food fills me up all day. I like chicken a lot and don’t like eat much dairy like cheese or milk. I love eggs.

Most Helpful Opinions
Spinach and leafy vegetables for iron. Bananas for potassium and lots and lots of milk. And if you are having calcium deficiency then also take Vitamin D dose
1 teaspoon of Aduna organic Moringa Leaf powder a day will solve that.
You can take supplements if you're running low.
