It feels like my the brain inside my head is spinning but I'm able to look straight and think straight. It's just that I'm feeling quite uneasy and weird and uncomfortable. It's becoming hard to keep my head straight. The symptoms started to show yesterday when in school, I stayed back at school for extra 2 hours for music preparation as always but this time they made us practice with speakers to test how each instrument sounds and what's the perfect volume in one guitar room. I brushed it off thinking this must have something to do with my phobia of loud sounds or my ears aren't adjusted to such loud sounds. I felt the same thing second time today when I we were having this parade practice and I was screaming loudly 'Left right left!' because I was told to do so for my loud voice. I again brushed it off thinking it must be because of marching aggressively under sun. It happened for third time during music practice today like it happened yesterday. I again brushed it off. But when I was typing the next chapter of my novel on tab, I felt it again for 4th time. I dont find any reasonable explanation to justify this time. I'm feeling dizzy while typing this question too as if I'm drunk so forgive any mistakes! How do I make this better? It's really annoying. I never had headaches or such things ever in my life.
Well, at time it is very tough to determine the right cause for any body part failing to function normally.
In fact sometimes no plausible reason can be determined, it is a fact that our human body is also a type of machine and just like any other machine, at times it is bound to fail while functioning normally but that does not mean something has to be wrong. It could be a slight fall in your immunity levels, or it could be your digestive system not functioning because of which you can get a headache or the headache could be a reaction from your body as it tries to fight some foreign substance that might have entered your body.
It could be due to anything, most of the times these things resolves on its own. However, yes if it continues to persist even after 1 week then it is best to show to a doctor and take expert opinion.
