I found out Im pregnant and I have nausea all day and can’t eat what do I do?

After a week of having upper belly pain and nauseous I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive. I been feeling sick I can’t eat I feel nauseous but don’t thrw up. I also have morning sickness all day and the worst part I get hungry more often and I can’t eat everything what do I do? I also bought wrist nausea bracelet and they have helped me a lot.

Certain foods trigger morning sickness. I am sure if you look it up you can find an exhaustive list. But from memory shellfish and cabbage are two to avoid.
