When I was 15 I used to weight about 154 pounds, then I didn't even think about shedding weight or what, but I was on the verge of being a diabetic person,I even faced high blood pressure and of course obese. My doc asked me to shed some weight .I started to dance or jog every night ,then I shed a lot of weight in about 4 months,my diet was just the same.I did eat decent amount of junk food but not all the time.By end of the year,I maintained my life style but the next year back than in 2008 I loss a lot of weight,I was so busy with my study but I ate food just like before,I even ate white rice,as I turned 16 I went to my doctor,he said I need to gain another 3 pounds if not you are going to be underweight, and it was very-very terrifying I didn't realized I loss so much weight because of stress and such.I ate breakfast, lunch, dinner,I even ate midnight junk food, now I am at my ideal weight and I am not fan of dieting my lifestyle nowadays is all about I eat for certain calories everyday then I exercise. The only thing I am afraid is being a diabetic person and I don't want to be sick.

I used to be pretty damn fat, like we're talking 155 pounds. O_O I worked at a restaurant as a server and I ate allllllllll the time. And I'm only 5'6". I had no regard for what I ate and I didn't exercise. I hate myself for living like that.
When I started at university, I got really health and fitness conscious. I started working out 4-5x a week for an hour and a half or two hours a session even. And I started eating more healthily (went vegetarian, upped protein, fruits, veggies, whole grains, yogurts) and I never looked back.
Since then I'm down to the 130s and I've gained some muscle while toning up. I love my body now but I'd still like to lose some weight and tone up a bit more. I love going to the gym and that feeling after a really good workout. The key is finding things that work for you. I hate running outside in the heat so I go to a gym indoors with AC and use the elliptical and the treadmill. I do weight training as well every time I work out. It only took me about three weeks to see amazing results at the gym.
I have a strange one. I used to be deeply depressed and so my doctor put me on Anti-depressants. I had been on simmiler medication before but after I started the medication I noticed that I was eating less and even if I tried to eat the same, I made myself sick. turns out that for that medicine there is a 1% of the population that have a drastic loss in portion size. I have lost 50 lb and wile I'm still over weight I am much better then I used to be and some off the pains I had have lessened.
I was 240 lbs, now I'm 200 lbs. It took me about 6 months and I dropped down to 175 lbs. Then it took me about a year to put on some good muscle and some fat along the way to get to my current weight. I don't how to post pics or else I would. It takes a lot of dedication and effort and there are many moments along the way where I just wanted to quit, but I'm really happy with the results. I have endless energy and my confidence shot through the roof.

some years back I weighed 235 pounds..and at the time I was 5ft3 and 12/13 years old...lol now I'm almost 17..woot! lol
but I got teased in school...and I gained mostly because of depression...i won't get into detail lol..
i started loosing it slowly...untill it got to a point I began to exercise...and now I'm 150 and taller...im 5'5 and lke 150...but the thing is...am heavy because of muscle...not fat like before...i feel like how I felt when I was 6 years old and a little more content with my appearance...although I still hate my nose..but whatever.I'm a fat f*** haha, but it's starting to slowly come off since I've started yoga and mild muscle exercises. I've been doing it for a little over a month and I've lost 6 pounds. My goal weight is 199, even though that's way fatter than most people would ever want to be :P I just like my body type, I don't want to lose it all.
They're not fun stories, but I'll share anyway.
When I was 8 years old I was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome. I was put on a medication that took me from around 55 pounds to about 100 pounds in 3 months. Imagine a 100 pound 8 year old. Yeah, it was bad.
My mom took me off the medication when I was 10 and I instantly went down to about 85 pounds. I stayed that way until high school, and only gained 10 pounds throughout those four years. Of course, I got substantially taller, so I graduated at 5'5" and 95 pounds. Not a pretty sight.
Through college I gained weight until I was about 120 pounds as of this May. Then, all of a sudden, I dropped down to 105 pounds without warning. I don't know how or why it happened, but it sucks and I hate it.I was never fat, but I was a little chubby around 12 but then for some reason I was just never hungry. It's still the same today, I only eat one meal a day because I'm just not hungry but I drink lots of water and vitamins and I work out Constantly so I can keep my muscle :)
