it's about changing the ratio of how much you eat compared to how much energy you use. iv'e lost 27kgs from simply from cutting back on meal size drinking a cup of coffee every day and lifting like doing some curls and pressups when i can be bothered so 4-6 times per week doing some casual work out, (it doesn't have to be much) do your strength training untill you can physically continue. you will get stronger. coffee is also amazing for loosing weight as it suppresses your hunger making you feel less hungry, it also increases your metabolism which makes your body burn more calories. things to eat? dont be afraid of meat! it isn't that bad for you! what makes you fat is the potatoes and bread and all the calorie dense starchy foods, eat more fruits and meats the best meats being fish and chicken breast. only eat when you feel hungry and also keep hydrated.

ok here are some tips
1. do resistance and cardio trainning even just a little to help tone up the body
2. do not skip meals, this will force your body into a kind of save energey and fat mode and hold onto it so have the 3 square meals a day
3. control how food is prepared such as is it deep freid or cooked in a more healthy way
4. have a cheat day, this will allow you to have anything you want and stop any bad food cravings from being too bad

I think that's the number one thing, soon enough your body will actually just start rejecting bad foods and you won't even crave them!
I'm currently on a fitness journey, i think it can be really difficult but you've just got to think of WHY you're doing it.
Like for me I want to feel healthier, lose weight, shrink my calves (maybe calfs.. I'm a shit speller 😂) tone up my bum and have Perkier boobs haha.
And in general just to feel good !
I've heard having 5 cups of green tea is meant to really help.
Don't walk down the junk food section in the supermarkets
Push yourself to exercise a MINIMUM of half an hour a day.. But it's about after that first half hour that you actually start shedding calories, so keep going :)!

Live right don't diet exercise 5 days a week for a good amount of time and another day only before you go to bed. Don't eat 3 or less hours before sleeping. Take one or two days to eat whatever you like but 5 or 6 to eat more healthy and less carbs.
Don't eat any bread!!!
