Sorry to hear you have had such a rough month! I hope your ordeals are over soon. I guess it's not much consolation to know that it is usually the difficult times that make us learn and grow into more empathetic and interesting human beings...
Maybe the good news is, that seeing as you only just put some weight on, it won't be "stubborn" yet, and your body will be happy to go back to its "normal" weight with a little help. Are there any delightful foods you don't normally buy because they are expensive? (For me it's stuff like cherries and mangoes and artichoke hearts and Lindt chilli chocolate...). Comfort yourself with some rich delights - you tend to savour it more and not eat it too quickly!
Is the stress affecting your sleep? Being tired is horrible and makes you eat like crazy! Don't forget how nice it is to have a long hot bubble bath with a glass of wine and a magazine...
Thank you for advise. Yeah I turn into an insomniac when I'm stressed. I only now started sleeping normally again. I try to avoid sleeping pills.
1. Eat in a way that can be considered fasting. Eat a full breakfast, full lunch, and have a light dinner. Your dinner can be a plate of veggies or a small bowl of soup. To fast, finish eating all your meals for the day before 7 or 8. This is going to prevent you from gaining any additional unwanted weight.
2. Eat lots of veggies. They are negative calorie foods, so it takes more calories to eat then than you gain from eating them. And by veggies, I don't mean starchy potatoes. Those will cause you to gain more weight. I mean spinach, cucumber, broccoli, celery, cilantro, bean sprouts, garlic, onion. When you eat veggies, eat them as plainly as possible. Maybe a little lemon juice, pepper, or steam them. But don't add dressing like you're gonna eat a soup. They increase the calorie amount by a lot. Skip the ranch.
3. Eat less red meats, and replace it more with lean fish meat. (Assuming you eat meat.) If you don't, tofu is okay too. But remember to pick softer tofu if you choose to eat that. The more solid tofu is, the more harmful chemicals it has in it.
4. Drink lots of water throughout the day. It speeds up your metabolism and keeps you hydrated. Don't chug it.
5. Measure your weight on the first day you start, and each week measure it again. Knowing your progress will keep you motivated.
6. Run a mile every day. It's a good way to get out and enjoy the fresh air outside. I guess you could also go to the gym if you like that better. This will build a bit of muscle so that when you do look the way you want, there is also no flab. Bring lean with a bit of muscle is healthy.
7. And mental health? Take some time each day to do a calming activity like taking care of your garden (if you have one), doing yoga, or meditating. It will help relieve stress and clear your mind.
I know this sounds like a lot of baloney coming from someone almost ten years younger than you (lol), but I'm sure you'll be successful. Good luck.
I tried all sorts of extreme diets that didn't work at all. That's when a friend recommended The 2 Week Diet to me and it's honestly changed my life. weightlossdiet2win. com

I accept the pills of Xenical. Already 4 day. I feel normally, I am it is not desirable, but I compel to eat even a pair one time per a day. Xenical remedy provides a stable loss of exceeded body mass, prevents re - weight gain after stopping treatment.
Finding physical tasks besides the usual 30 mins per cardio daily will keep you productive and help ward off the stress.
Thank you :)
If you want to stress eat, put on your jogging shoes and get out. Or do 20 pushups before opening the fridge (or whatever other exercise). You get rid of your apetite because you release your stress.
Thank you!! :)
