- Use smaller plates at dinner.
- Drink nothing but water.
- ONLY eat if you stomach is making sounds.
Just looking for easy changes in addition to the work out I do and watching what I eat.
You should eat small meals 3-5 times a day, regardless of whether or not your stomach is making sounds. This reduces your odds of over eating, keeps your metabolism high, and ensures that you have plenty of energy which is an absolute must if you're going to get the most out of your workouts. FOOD IS NOT YOUR ENEMY.
Switch up your workout routine from time to time.
Drink plenty of water with lemon and/or green tea.
Eat complex carbs like whole grains instead of simple carbs. (Note, simple carbs are fine before and during workouts)
It's OK to cheat from time to time, but don't use it as a reward.
Avoid fad diets like the plague.
Unless you're allergic to gluten, don't go gluten free.
Don't try to rush it. Weight loss is a long term commitment.

Use smaller plates at dinner - YES. Those big plates you use should never be used. A proper meal sized portion of food can fit on one of those smaller plates normally reserved only for side dishes and salads. You eat more than you should because your eyes are bigger than your stomach.
Drink nothing but water - YES. Done this. It was the first step I made in my transition (I've lost 115 lbs total and that was the FIRST thing I did)
ONLY eat if your stomach is making sounds - NO. You don't want to get to THAT point. I eat every 2-3 hours, small portions.
A few more:
PREPARE YOUR OWN MEALS USING FRESH INGREDIENTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE
Restaurant foods and premade foods/frozen/canned foods are drenched in sodium which leads to water retension, something that can stand in the way of weight loss. Also, preparing your own meals allows you to substitute in lowfat ingredients whenever possible (reduced fat cheeses, turkey burgers instead of beef burgers, etc) which is a healthy choice.
STAY AWAY FROM CONDIMENTS
Anything you have to drown in mayo/ranch dressing/gravy to make it edible is best left off your diet plan completely. Stick to things that taste great plain, or with very little bit extra done to them. Maybe some seasoning and a vegetable based sauce and that's it.
And here's a biggie: The nutrition needs of people who are active are vastly different from people who aren't. They need more calories and they need plenty of carbohydrates, while people looking to lose through diet alone (not something I advocate, btw) should keep carbs to a minimum. The reason being is because carbs are basically what allows your body to "process" the muscular and metabolic changes exercise does to your body.
Cut simple carbs a min. Eat complex carbohydrates
Take fiber supplements to keep you full
eat fish and chicken for protein
Up the exercise
Consume less salt to reduce water retention
Have soup for dinner
Eat lots of vegetables
Have a drink before meals, because often people mistake hunger for thirst (sounds mad but true)
Also, have a glass of water with your meal and drink a mouthful for every few mouthfuls of food as this will fill you up faster and you'll eat less :)
That'a a god tip. Thanks :)

Best weight loss tips you'll ever get, and if anyone tells me that anything I say is unhealthy I will turn around and shove scientifically sound professional studies up their ass:
- Don't eat breakfast.
- The less processed a food is, the better.
- Eat high protein.
- Drink water before/during/after every meal.
- People get cravings, and unless you have willpower made of steel, you need to give yourself some kind of cheat food once in a while. Diet soda works wonders for me, I get my sugar fix without any calories.
- Lifting weights in the long run will burn far more calories per unit time spent than doing cardio.
Haha how could anyone disagree with any of this? Shit's all on point.
People give me crap about breakfast being the most healthy meal a lot, and what I believe in regards to calorie consumption/fasting. The other stuff is fairly standard.
Losing weight is not necessarily synonymous with getting in shape or getting healthy. The real issue is losing FAT. The only way to know for sure if you're losing fat is to measure and calculate your body fat %. You can do this with a cheap 15 - 20 dollar skin fold caliper. If you don't measure fat or lean body %, you don't know if the weight you just lost was muscle tissue or adipose tissue.
You have to expend more energy than you're consuming. The most empirical results for fat loss / weight loss are born from scientific foundations, not anecdotal flim flam.
I lost a mess load of weight a few years back, best advice I can give is to fast often and obviously only drink water. A lot of people like to eat a bunch of small meals, but I hate.preparing 15 snacks to eat throughout the day, and I just love eating. So usually I only eat one meal a day so I can really pig out, satisfy all my cravings and stay in shape. Win-win
-Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
-Alternate workouts
-Consume high protein foods.
Find the calorie/protein ratio to see if it qualifies. For example, I believe a lean Chicken Breast has 110 calories and 25g of Protein. That's a 4.4, which is really quite low making it ideal for diets. Something like Peanut Butter has 150 calories per serving, along with 6g of protein. That's a whopping 25 calories per gram. Very high, definitely not ideal. When choosing your proteins, use this approach.
Don't rush meals. It takes about 20 minutes for the body to realize it's full. Drink plenty of water. I actually object to the growling stomach, as it seems that scenario might cause over eating for that meal. Make sure you eat enough food (strange sounding, but the easiest way to not lose weight is to not eat). Finally, if you go to a restaurant, have them put half your meal in a to go box before they bring it.
I recently had my cousin go out and buy a sauna suit it helps you lose a lot of weight fast by using your own body heat and its cheap 10-12 dollars at walmart. Between that and watching what you eat you could lose a lot of weight
That's really dangerous advice. The weight that is lost via a sauna is water.
U wanted tips that was one but of course you should hydrate
