Ok I need weight loss solutions without intense working out...?

now iv seen these around before but iv been scrolling though the questions and all are about relationships and race so imma just ask.

my exams are happening and i seriously BARELY have time to work out these days and i dont like it!!!

what do i do? i dont wanna gain weight, ill die=/

can i get some tips with portions, good foods, simple solutions that speed up metabolism?
