Well guess what? Working out is the most effective way to lose weight.
Any other ways will cause health risks. ie pills and all that other bs out on the market.
You may not think that you have time, but you do. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 in the evening. By the way, that will help with the energy issue at the end of the day and you'll find that you won't feel as tired by the end of the day.
Believe me, if you have enough time to frequent this site and Facebook, you have time to take 30 minutes twice a day to do some cardio. Give it a try.
The number one reason that people use to not exercise is "time." If you break down your day and figure out where to put 2 30 minute slots, I bet you'd find the time.

other than what you said, cut out any kind of soda.
Don't eat later in the day like someone already said. Getting good sleep helps your metabolism I think. Fiber is your friend.
Try not eating after 5 pm.
Seriously, top models don't eat in the evening.
