I'm 5'8 and 175 pounds, people say I'm perfect the way I am but I disagree, schools going to be back in a week and I'm wondering if anyone has any great fast working tips on how to lose weight, because I'm always very busy and usually never have the time or energy at the end of the day, I already eat healthy and drink lots of water , just need some fast ways to burn fat off that are also easy, I'm not really the type to workout either because of the way my schedule is. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. (:
