It tends to come and go based on anxiety and how much I'm thinking about it. It's been happening off and on for a year. Seems like it mostly happens when I'm focused on the area, and when I'm not worried about other stuff.

I never had anything mental affect my physical like that. I used to lock up and not be able to pee in front of people, so I know it's a thing. In the military, you have to take pee tests with like 4 dudes looking at your weiner. While I was stuck with the marines it was worse... they'd line us up and make us all pee at the same time... if you can't pee, you have to march around chanting that you can't pee while holding a "Can't pee" sign.
Over time I learned to just drink so much water that I had no choice but to pee. I'd be sweating I had to pee so bad. Still sucked though because those pee tests are random and at time would have to do it like every week... sometimes every day.
What a job... stand around taking pee tests all day. Shit like that is what makes me cringe when people say "thank you for your service." Yeah... I served up a bunch of piss.
Having a tingling sensation in your toes can indicate you have diabetes.
That's not anxiety.
