There is no substitute for a proper workout regimen and healthy diet. A proper workout regimen should include both resistance training and cardio. There are supplements you can take to maximize your results yes but be weary of anything that calls it self a "diet pill" and promises you fat loss without exercise and adopting healthy eating habits because they pretty much always work by ways that can seriously screw with your body.

Diet pills do not work. They are a complete and utter rip-off. Simply put, if you want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more.

I don't use diet pills with my genes of a fast metabolism I'm set.
If you're already planning on doing exercise, why not just do that and eat healthy and avoid the pills?

I have been on Hydroxycut for a week now and have lost 5lbs. In my opinion they work for weight loss, although they aren't healthy for you. It's like a low grade form of speed.
diet pills aee stupid and pose a health risk. Don't be lazy and stick to natural exercise. You said you were going to swim just swim a little extra.
oh yes, take pills instead of having to do any sort of real work to keep in shape
