Bulgarian split squats are bitches lol, only thinking about them makes my legs sore😂 Nothing to worry about if you ask me, sometimes a new exercise will hit hard the first few times.

Working the calf muscles and overdoing the triceps are also good for a case of WTF, why am I so sore.
When you lift weights you get sore. Don’t over for it.

Yeah, think Sculpt and avoid the mass gaining. I already internationally know women who wish they hadn't gotten the tattoos, skin scars from nose rings etc, a pink nipple surgery, two trying to make Asian nose look like mixed West/East child, and some lip injectors that WISH they have not.
In the not too far distant future when women get tired of emulating Men in everything... all the muscles and like craze is going to implode upon itself.

Are you working out every day? If you are, then exercise different muscle groups. And ask a trainer for advice.

That sounds fine to me, but you might be lifting too much weight.
