If you’re a male then just imagine you throw up an egg and it hatches 2 weeks later.
Technically, it would cease to be "me" at some point; once old enough to start making long term solid lifelong memories.
Let's say human cloning were perfected. If I had to raise me, then he wouldn't be me, except maybe genetically. Maybe "little me" would hate the things "adult me" likes - maybe because of a new bully at school, or "adult me" is pressuring him and trying to make him too much like me... maybe genetically, he may be prone to like the same things I do... but maybe the "nurture part" would make us fairly different. That'd be if I could raise a clone of me alone, that makes a different situation (a kid without mom?). Now if I DID get married, now he's got a different mom. If we'd divorce, or I'd become a widower, or we'd stay together until the end, that might affect him differently than what I went through. He'll break his leg or arm differently, he'll have different friends, go out with different girls, go to different schools.
I don't think it'd be all that different from raising a kid who looks a lot like you, which if you're their genetic parent, happens a lot.
