I’ve literally tried everything else possible a man could think of short of exercise.

I just feel so fcking tired and stressed out all the time with school.

I don’t give two fcks about going to the gym either. I don’t care if it makes some people “feel better”. Nobody is going to drag me there since I’m already physically healthy.

It’s just mentally I’ve been really drained this past week with work. Been doing fine all the weeks before that.

But I just want nothing more now than to just start fresh the next day.

All these fcking thoughts about work. I literally just need some relief from it, some energy to push through it. It’s constantly on my mind.

I’ll try to sleep but I literally can’t because the stress of work keeps me awake. I need a mind relaxer at night, and an energy booster during the day.

Any suggestions?

It’s been literally six days and I still haven’t managed to get any more than 6 hours of sleep a night, and I’m not a fully grown adult either.
