Sooo your partner got shot, but somehow slight chance of life, stay with them?

Okay, this is probably easy but I don't know if this was allowed. Did you know if you shot someone in the head, they're brain won't feel pain? And with that being said, they can still love if you just aimed at their head. But you just shoot and it goes through a part of their brain, they can still live. Sooo let's just say a friend of yours took one through the head, on his left side. He can't move his legs so half of his body works. The docs says he chances are 50/50 and afraid with his conditions, his brain could be problematic at any time. "Whaddya mean?" If it swells, that's gonna be a skull bit removed then replaced. He'll need to keep breathing to stay aliv- I'm going off topic but this is really interesting stuff.

So anyways, it seems your buddy/partner is still alive but it's 50/50... have faith in their recovery?
