Unfortunately , I have to get it done , I am nervous considering I heard horror stories from people that had bad experiences with it , but I also hear great experiences about it , I finally came to the decision to get it done , I been very skeptical but my doctor is telling me I really don’t have a choice unless I want to live the rest of my life with this pain , it sucks getting old , The good news about the laser surgery other than relieving the pain , is apparently I will regain my posture and I will drop more weight? Which I don’t really understand why I will drop more weight but my doctor said I will be a new man again, Has anyone had this surgery? Basically severe sharp pain shoots down my right leg and I can’t stand for long period of time without having to sit down , the c rays show I have cartilage build up around my lower spine causing the pain to shoot down my leg , My doctor told me to not work out what so ever which has been a bummer , cuz I like lifting weights , but I stopped and was scared that I was going to put on weight , but the crazy thing is I ended up losing weight without working out , So I don’t know what is going on with me? Anyone had this laser surgery done before?

Bear in mind who you are talking to. They are not here to make you healthier, stronger or to ascend, but the opposite. You've been warned. And as to your condition, read the book 'The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy'. Most of the population forget that it is their subconscious that holds the blueprint for their health and body. It's all of the faulty beliefs that prevent it from doing it's job. What do you think would happen to the entire health system if people realized they could heal by reconnecting and correcting all of these faulty beliefs?
My husband had a spinal surgery for a pinched nerve but I don’t think it was laser…
It helped him but make sure that you drive a car easy to get in and out of as well as smooth on the road for the surgery.
