Any 'exercise physiologists' on board? I know after running/training for two years, 7 days a week with all of the associated lower body injuries, I noticed that I did not lose a lot of water perspiring, during a hard run. I read somewhere, don't remember where, that conditioning was a factor as to how well you retain water and do not become dehydrated as quick.
Anyone have that experience?

In my YOGA class a big, overweight, guy who is obviously not "in shape" really sweats like a pig and they have to "mop up' around his place on the yoga mat. I might have 1 or 2 drops of sweat on my mat after a hard workout, and rarely need to hydrate, afterward.

I have hyperhidrosis (I sweat like a pig) and when I do my 50 minutes of HIIT I have to wring out my tshirt and leave a little puddle under whatever machine I happen to be using. It has always been this way.
Pretty when condition able last longer in any physical activity. In begin lot.
