Well I can't speak to "progress" because I don't know what before looked like, but f'ing good on you! Great definition at the meeting of the shoulder and bicep. Maybe... MAYBE a little more tricep extension to taper from the tri to the elbow, but at this point we're arguing about the paintjob on the free car. Whatever. You're hot. Be proud of the hard work you put in.

  I'm just being mean, don't worry I'm actually very proud of you. Just kidding around. Very good job, lean muscle is best. One tip I give everyone is massage the muscles every once in a while to increase blood flow and help relax them. You keep it up.
