Wait. Was my reply removed or did I forget to post it?
In it, I asked, imagine if she is exactly the type of vegan you're describing. What gym advice would you give her?
Or is it more important to stop being the vegan organic junky, be cause she'll never get gym results with it?
Not that "organic" is bad, it's hijacked.. marketing again. Because look at the herbicide atrazine again, it's awful and going organic would be worth it if organic food truly was herbicide free.
Vegan protein isn't anabolic.. but, neither is whey protein powder, the amino acid profiles of neither are perfect. Muscle meats, eggs, and whole breast milk give the highest amount of protein utilization per gram ingested. Right?
Again, if "get your protein" was all that mattered, we could eat 3 pounds of grass and get all the daily needed protein. That's what rabbits do, and they're lean. But we can't digest and utilize that stuff.
Lastly, the more "vegan" the more processed with chemicals it is. It's toxic,
mass produced momocrop stuff. At least if you eat animals who ate it, they acted as one layer of filtration before you ingest the toxins. If you thought I'm vegan... I literally have dogs jumping on top of me trying to steal my dehydrated heart from my mouth. With this diet I get strangers accusing me of taking steroids, who happen to be vegan 50% of the time.We need to get this out there for the asker.
At the end, you just confirmed that diet MATTERS. A lot.

In the previous deleted reply, I mentioned @d_bone_steak asking him to shake some wisdom out of his steak.
I'm drawn to insecure know-it-alls with the energy, that I know they'll soon start deleting my replies. And I engage with them until they do. Just yesterday I used the Pervecreep to point out the username of an anonymous asker.
Here I backed up the entire conversation just in case. Anyone can open this link,
And click to view all comments, like this:

Someone got really triggered when I said, "you just proved that diet is important while trying to say that it isn't."

Might be a system glitch. If a reply is removed by the asker your next attempt would be met with a message that you can only answer once / have already replied.
I think a glitch because I have experience several of those in recent weeks. I answered three questions by someone I follow in rapid succession. The first answer was fine. The second said I was blocked. The third let me answer. Then I retried on the second and it allowed it. Another time I had someone upset because I "blocked" him except I hadn't. I just mark it down as usual online weirdness.
Opinion Owner+1 y@LiamJHayden no she even admitted later that she kept deleting it.
I don't get it, like, if you wish to stop the conversation you can stop replying back, or even say "we're done".
But no, these folks know nothing better than to delete your reply.
Like I said, in one argument she proved the importance of food while trying to talk down on it.
She said "stop the BS... my ex put me on vegan crap and I got fat..."
Which only proves that the diet is so powerful that it can make someone fat, regardless of exercise.
The replies I was leaving were all different one from the other so I didn't get the message of already having posts it.
To these people, winning an argument is more important than giving informative answers to the asker.
Nobody else on this thread has mentioned diet. Not calories, but diet.. like imagine a two men doing the same workouts and eating the same number of calories, except one supplements testosterone and the other supplements estrogen. Results will be very different.
Counting Calories won't just cut it.
Most people don't even get the required daily amounts in, let alone purging toxins. Literally. Most people don't.
Opinion Owner+1 y@d_bone_steak and with the shitty advice of "sun causes skin cancer" most people are even more vitamin d deficient.
Isn't it odd? When you go read about sunlight, they write, "uv causes sunburn and skin cancer".
Directly like that. Not overexposure, but it instantly causes it, when exposed to sunlight.
But when testing safety of radio waves, they test 5 minutes of exposure, and if that hasn't harmed you then it's safe to use for 24/7.
See? They overemphasize the danger of one and ignore the other.. any radiation in excess is bad.
let's look at niggаs, recently I saw the news about a slave "Pata Seca, also known as Roque José Florêncio, was an enslaved African who endured a life marked by oppression and dehumanization in Brazil"
He lived to 130 and died from stepping on a rusty nail. Despite being a slave, despite being black and exposed to sunlight more than 100 modern people combined. The oldest living human today may not be 130 as far as I know.
The chemicals in the water that turn the frogs gay... to the asker, by that we mean the herbicide atrazine. It turns your testosterone into estrogen.
It's not simply "calories, protein, and exercise."- +1 y
That shit is mainly in the water... if you can avoid it we are almost superhuman beasts like me. I'm 41 and look like a 20-something that can steal anyone's girlfriend or wife on here. But as you know I distill my water, and put the minerals back in, and then drink. Those chemicals heavily lean for feminization... easy to control average people in my opinion. If not that it's always shit that will give you the diabetus.
Asker+1 yI noticed in your replies and whatnot you’re rather knowledgeable. The first one put me off, but reading your other replies shows your knowledge. My diet is rather healthy and balanced (while in a calorie deficit almost every day). Yes, some days are worse than others. But I track my protein through more natural sources and eat pretty clean. I also do “detox” fasts about once every month or two for 3-10 days at a time. (It’s the same kind of fast each time and they help reduce craving of “unclean” foods.) What would your advice be given that I do eat pretty clean, and any other reply from myself that you’ve read?
Opinion Owner+1 yI emphasized that we don't know how you look. It's impossible to tell from your weight and height. If you're striving for a "model" appearance then I already talked about that, models are ugly and androgynous.
If you're already healthy then I don't have anything to recommend.
Or do you know for certain that you absolutely need to lose weight? If you look at rough "body fat percentage" photos, do you think you'll be above 30%?
Something like this,
If you look under 25% then there's no need for weight loss, it's not beneficial for female health to go lower than 15-25%. you can if you want, if your individual body functions better when you're leaner, but don't do it too aggressively then in any case.
Opinion Owner+1 yI just got selected MHO elsewhere and went there to see other opinions. In it I saw one mention "stand up straight. So I rambled I don't know what, it's really late here. I think it's related to health and might help someone who's going to the gym too.
Reply:
I hate seeing "stand up straight."
Most postural issues happen as a result of too much "fight or flight" stance going on non stop. When you stand up straight and grab your balls to speak up, you even gasp for air in the same fashion as people do when they're frightened. Your posture? Stabilizers activate, as if you're going to lift something heavy. Shutting down many necessary biological processes that happen during relaxation. Tughtening of the back muscles, extensors, quadriceps, which leads to... anterior pelvic tilt... and with it in order to being the center of gravity to the middle again... your neck moves forward. Then your mandible retracts when you have breathing problems... then you get physiotherapist say "diaphragmatic breaching!" And to do this they tell you to expand your belly when inhaling. And if they forget to tell you to round your back consciously... you'll probably add even more overextension of the back and anterior pelvic tilt by trying to do the right thing.
The correct thing is to replace "stand up straight" with relax and de-stress, in most cases.
People are afraid of rounding their backs because they've already got a crooked back. They need to realize that it's too much flexion in one area, as an attempt to compensate for having too much extension in another place in the body.
Nobody should ever be told "stand up straight." When you're alert, it's impossible to not stand up straight. If you force yourself to pinch your shoulder blades back or whatever... you'll ruin your natural necessary gait cycle and biomechanics.
Opinion Owner+1 yProtein sources can be tough, it's widely believed that animals store toxins only in the fat but they store it in muscle meat too.
And remember how the evil pesticide manufacturers brag about the sheer amounts of herbicides used worldwide (claiming that it's harmless). Your food better not be raised on corn, I suppose commercial dairy products are full of it too. And I'm not pulling it out of my ass, here is the first study popping up when you search www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3481744/
Atrazine found in cattle.
Opinion Owner+1 yA scary chemical that turns the frogs gay, but we all bathe in hundreds of man-made anti-testosterone chemicals. Actually thousands of harmful chemicals the liver constantly is loaded with.
It's not just body composition. Steroid hormones do many more things with sexuality than with muscles. They do work on muscles in various ways. One pathway that androgens make muscles grow is via inhibiting myostatin. Which literally means "muscle stopper" is what you have to keep low to stay lean and muscular.
Exercise lowers myostatin, so does high intake of protein, It's interesting there are some animals and humans who mutated to have no myostatin, so their muscles grew even more than what you could achieve with heavy amounts of steroids.
Specifically the amino acids found in muscle meats are most effective at inhibiting myostatin, not just any protein. And, whole foods have hundreds of other nutrients that we keep learning about which turn out to be necessary for the body to utilize the protein that's ingested along with it. It's not just a simple set of amino acids like a whey powder.
Though high quality dairy is really good too, close to 50% of my animal based protein in the past over 5 years came from raw a2 type casein whole dairy. I ferment it with l-reuteri bacteria that turns it similar to breast milk.
Another fermentation byproduct is lots of vitamin K in a very bioavailable form. Fermented milk is so fucking nutritious. But if you do this, maybe I would suggest to try running through a UV filter or something because I used to ingest milk after goat and chicken poop dropped into it, which gave me tapeworms.
I'm a freak, I even wash my hands and body with borax instead of soap. Not only do I avoid the plastic chemicals and phthalates from shampoos, but boron also lowers SHBG (good unless you're really overweight). I only wear boots made of EVA material, not toxic rubber or PVC.. these things matter for testosterone.

Had an ex from college, same way. She was a little heavier than you but had a 4-pack and did fitness competition, curvy in the right places. Nobody called her unattractive. I doubt anyone is doing that to you either, unless they're just haters. Keep doing you and don't mind what the detractors say.

Asker+1 yCardio, different kinds of weight lifting, Pilates, and yoga.
Asker+1 yThanks for the tip! I was always told cardio is what helps you cut!
Asker+1 yThat fluctuates based off my calorie burn that day. Typically, I’m in a 400-800 calorie deficit every day.
Asker+1 yAaah, yeah, that makes sense.
Asker+1 yNo, I eat more than that. But I’m usually in a deficit of that. Like, I’ll burn 1700 calories, but I’ll only eat like 1300 that day if I worked out less.
Asker+1 yOh, interesting! I’ll definitely be taking your tips into consideration!! Thank you so much!
- +1 y
Do what fucking works for you. @asker there is absolutely no way to exercise yourself out of low quality foods. If you struggle to see results with something then don't continue with it.
Swap your food quality and then the type of exercise won't matter for weight loss.
Also there's no way to precisely calculate your caloric needs based off height and weight. Such as you may not be even moving, but being in a cold environment will force you to burn calories for heating. Which isn't really different from doing steady state cardio. But training to muscle failure takes things to the next blessed level.
At the end.. was your goal to look better or to fight off metabolic illness? I think humans should just focus on the health part and fuck on the stupid beauty standards, the most fuckable women are the healthiest ones, everything else is just brainwashing and marketing. And no, women should not look lean like trannies, women need a good amount of healthy fat more than men need for optimal functioning. - +1 y
Her last sentence in the question description asked about attractiveness. I talked about attractiveness, not about dating.
- +1 y
Beauty standards - whatever isn't affirming health is just bs marketing we should do away with.
- +1 y
Whatever your last reply means... chill.
- +1 y
It's not what I said. I also remember yesterday reading hat you used to be anorexic. That's unhealthy. Not obese and not anorexic. Everything in between is individual's unique perfect spot.
- +1 y
I said, "used to be". I also remember you previously sharing being overweight.
If your reference of "do nothing for their health" was to me, then again, I'm a pig who eats anything as long as it's health enhancing, and bathes in health hacks like in mud, from UV lamps for vitamin d in winter and breathing molecular hydrogen as antioxidant to portable testicle coolers that prevent overheating-induced testosterone loss in addition to the bad smell of them sweating. - +1 y
Yes, and normally you will see results all the time, unless you're doing something wrong.
Results don't mean 50% of your transformation on the first day.
But if you have made 0.0% improvements in one session, then it wasn't effective obviously, no matter how many times you multiply it. Like you shouldn't do steady state cardio when sleep deprived, that was shown to do more harm than good.
Anyway back to my first need of replying here, whenever people talk about caloric deficits, especially counting the exact number of calories, it's too often accompanied with misconceptions, and most importantly lack of care for micronutrients.
The calorie model established decades ago isn't the smartest one, it only makes sense with physics and thermodynamics.
But our bodies are adaptable in many ways that only keep being discovered.
Remember that if we lack calories then we will be fidgeting less, and besides that body heat production will decrease. Testosterone will drop and fat storage will be more likely.
But if you calculated that you need 2000 in a day, and you eat 2500, given that your hormones are right for it, 100% of the excess can just dissipate into heat without even going to a gym. Don't believe it? What if I take heavy amounts of PEDs?
So calories aren't the end all be all. But I have to put it out there, that if the asker is looking up at celebrities and models, many of them are trannies, and those who aren't are often infertile females. Being skinny isn't good for your hormones, and I imagine as a women there are painful periods that make it even worse to be skinny than it is for men.
I said it before, health should be the ultimate beauty standard. - +1 y
Right, but sometimes the problem isn't in bad gym activities. Take again, an example of people who take PEDs, they do stupidest shit in the gym and still see results.
Very often people do the thing in the gym that normally would work, but their diet is made entirely of products in all sorts of plastic wrappers, and sometimes a protein powder, which is also filled with artificial sweeteners and shit.
This is really common when people talk about gyms and calories. Nobody in this thread mentioned anything about FOOD QUALITY.
Just because the gym prevents you from gaining weight while eating junk, extremely commonly people assume that gym is all we need to stay fit - even while eating junk. Most have accepted the need for protein, but, again, their idea of protein is the one pushed by the stupid protein powder retailers.

Asker+1 yNot much. My BMI is considered “healthy” but I don’t believe in BMI. I have a good amount of muscle, but 🤷🏻♀️. My doctor has never really made a comment regarding my weight
- +1 y
BMI is a standard lots of people go by. But if you don’t believe in it you must believe in other things.
- +1 y
A friend of mine is heavy and her doctor placed her on a diet. So it’s likely if your doctor didn’t do anything then she feels like you are ok
Asker+1 yIt just doesn’t take into account for an actually “healthy” body. It’s solely on weight, which is inaccurate (especially if you workout). That’s all 😁
- +1 y
It’s probably useful for those who are much heavier than their bmi limits, to judge if they are obese

Wow look at this shit, the sellers of atrazine created a website called "https://www. atrazine. com/atrazine"
They promote that shit as "safe for humans and protects the environment".
@asker, if you're not aware that shit was banned in Europe decades ago. Reading the scientific experiments and statistics on this shit is scary. Even at low doses it's horrifying what it does to frogs... and all other organisms. - +1 y
Holy fuck. Did you read that site? Hosted by the manufacturer of atrazine themself.
I cringed many times in one minute.
