How to sleep fast?

I can't sleep. I hate that I have symptoms of insomnia but I don't think I actually have insomnia.

I noticed that I can't sleep after a long walk before bed. I read studies but all of them said that walks before bed are good and help you sleep but for me it makes it worse.

It might be exercise induced insomnia, but the walks I go on are not that tiring to be considered heavy exercise.

This week I went for a walk nearly every day but I stayed at home yesterday and I fell asleep at about 1 am (even though it was still hard to fall asleep it wasn't actually that bad). But when I'm going on walks I fall asleep at about 3-4 am.

I tried sleeping for more than an hour now. I can't anymore. It's 4 am and I feel like I should just give up and stay awake. I tried some methods and none worked.

What should I do?
