I devote 60-90 minutes a day to some form of exercise workout, and I sleep very well. All joking aside though, the quickest I fall into a deep restful sleep is right after I have sex. I like to cuddle up and I sleep great.

I completely turn off the lights in my room 30 mins to an hour before bed time (so that the melatonin can start kicking in). I also stop playing with my phone or I would just watch some relaxing youtube videos while I drift off.
