What's so bad about vegans or veganism?

Most vegans don't plan their diets all that well or consume the massive amounts of calories and supplements that typically come with such a diet. As a result they tend to become physically unhealthy over time (even becoming brain damaged) and especially suffer from mental illness which often exhibits itself as depression, anxiety disorders, brain fog, somatoform disorders, etc. In general it's an unhealthy way to live, but people have to make their own mistakes in life... Just as a side note, anxiety and affective symptoms are prominent features of schizophrenia which just so happens to be the big smoking gun in most mass murder events...

Nothing really, unless they are ideologues and try to push their views on people.

The only other thing is, it's hard going out to eat with them when you feel like having a certain food sometime like, for example, BBQ.

And if you live with one, you are going to be stuck eating vegan at home. I couldn't handle that.

As long as its a personal choice and not something that you feel you must convert others to. Nothing. There are many vegan athletes who are very healthy, and most of the so-called health risks are more or less hype. I'm not vegan but have been a vegetarian for nearly 35 years, in good shape and healthy.

besides the fact that they are worse about shoving their beliefs down everyone's throat than Christians and radical leftists.. And they see anyone who eats meat as inferior, while at the same time starving their pets, and abusing their children by forcing the lifestyle on them? You tell me..
