Why did I get random hives on the side of my cheek ( pic ) ?

Is been a while since I had these bumps. There was a time were i was constantly getting these at random times. I don't know what they are but they start small then get itchy and bigger I don’t think they have liquid inside , at least I haven’t seen anything. They usually get smaller and dry and go away. These appear this week and I didn’t eat or do anything out of the ordinary

If you have polyester pillows, wash and air-dry them. Buy new pillowcases.
The bacterial load found on pillows and pillowcase can exceed that on toilet seats!
Use a neutral astringent such as witch hazel daily.
If these steps don't help solve things, a visit to a dermatologist would be in order.
