Best way to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks?

I have irritable bowel syndrome so its hard for me to loose weight but I want to be 134 by school starts and that's in 1 week and some odd days

a girl can fluctuate with 5 pounds day to day I'm going to assume you mean fat that you can permanently lose. drinking lots of water helps (if its lemon water it helps you lose tummy fat more quickly). also cut out simple carbohydrates such as white bread, white rice, etc. and replace it with good complex carbohydrates like whole wheat things and brown rice and rice pasta. 60% of your calorie intake for the day should come from protein. try getting lots of vegetables (the green ones are best- spinach, broccoli,green beans etc). cut out majority of your sugar intake (get most of it from natural sugars such as honey and fruits). eat something small every 2 hours and don't let yourself feel hungry. have a big breakfast will help curb those cravings throughout the day and if you start craving sugary snacks have a spoonful of peanut butter (no joke) its proven. now exercise every other day for about 1 hour. work on lots of cardio such as running, jumping jacks, jumping rope (whatever gets your heart rate up) and then you can do some Pilates for body sculpting to help you tone. good luck!

While I understand that it is important to you, 5lbs isn't that big of a difference. If you can't lose the weight or if you can't do it healthy, don't. Spend the next two weeks working out and watching what you eat. Drink lots of water.

Eat lots of good foods to boost your metabolism, and do 1 hour of cardio every day. That will shave it off in a healthy way

any good dieting or exercise program can give you that, but it's just water weight.

I agree with what the people below me said PLUS I recommend taking fiber supplements and drinking lots of water (like 6 bottles) everyday. I lost 2 lbs just from that. Don't over do the fiber though because it can make your belly hurt.

To loose fat not weight which I think is what you want you should try to cut the carbs for a while, and eat small portions at every 3 hours...So no junk foods, just vegetables, fruits and protein in small portions to loose fat and not muscles...

Don't go on a crash diet, work out and eat healthy then you probably won lose that much, but you will lose a lot more over time instead of gaining more back after some ridiculous regime

That's tough because your body can naturally fluctuate 5lbs. Also it won't even make a noticeable difference in your looks. Run, drink only water, Cut back on food(doesn't haven't to be a lot), and don't eat late at night.

Cardio , cut out sodas diet sodas too!

No sugar.

High protein.

Eat throughout the day health-fully of course :)

Cut your calories to 1200 a day, eat only proteins, fats, and salad (no other carbs). Walk or run 3 or more miles a day.

cut out all drinks except water, no more junk food, replace that with veggies and yogurt
