Depends on how much she weighs before she started loosing weight, if she's already tiny, then I would be a bit concern, if she's big, I would appreciate the effort, but if I'm already her boyfriend then why would she feel the need to lose weight? I can understand before we are dating, but while we are dating. She already caught me, I'm hers. So what's the purpose of losing weight to make the guy happy? I don't know. If she wants to lose weight that is fine, but I would prefer her do it for herself rather than for me.
If I'm dating her then I'm probably cool with her weight, although if she is a bit overweight it may be a really good thing. If it's gonna affect her natural curves then I'm not on it.

I wouldn't mind as long as she was happy with the result. I wouldn't want her to do something just for me if it makes her unhappy. besides, if I'm already her boyfriend, I've already accepted her for who she is, so wouldn't expect her to change.
I'd never ask someone to change their appearance for me, but I would support them if that's what they wanted.
I had one that did that, but I didn't ask her too. She looked great, I was happy, but I hoped she just did it for herself since I liked her before anyway.
I would wonder why she's doing it. If she's my girlfriend I'm already fine with her weight. I would hope at least part of it is for her.
