the average person doesn't spend time exercising wrist area. we type on computers and even hold pens, just a bit, so we can do this experiment, unless you use the tool in picture.

we know from exercising, that our muscles warn us of strain in a few ways. when we study what exactly happened this can cause a question.

experiment: set aside 5 minutes without interruption. count: closing fist and opening spread fingers for 5 minutes, (times sixty seconds), try 200 to 300 times in 5 minutes. by a 100 people commonly feel strain... but can push, by 200 usualy feel mild burning. a warning burning as in this picture:

explained in picture... but truly any repetition can cause mild pain.

next compare that to our heart muscle not just squeezing but PUSHING blood hour after hour, 80 pumps per minute, gallon after recycled gallon, and we don't feel the strain hour after hour. so what?

doesn't that indicate engineering? that muscles usually warn strain but heart repeats, pushes non stop without a thought or a strain. why would it burn? see picture about muscles the chemical buildup and microscopic tears etc. but the heart muscle IS different... was planned differently. time to think about that.
