Is there such a thing as skinny defined and unhealthy skinny?

I was curious because I am what you would call a skinny guy, but I'm not completely skinny. I try to keep definition in my arms, abs, and legs and try to maintain a "v-shape"...if that is possible on a skinny guy. Or would any skinny guy just be a plain ole' skinny guy?
Is there such a thing as skinny defined and unhealthy skinny?
