Yes. You can be skinny and defined because you have light muscle mass. You can also be unhealthy skinny because your diet doesn't consist of enough proteins and fats, so you lose your muscle shape and become skin and bones. A lot of true Vegans I've seen(that shop at Health Foods) really have that unhealthy skinny look (meaning no muscle mass or shape at all).

I'm pretty skinny myself, but I don't think anyone would call me unhealthy. There's certainly a difference between scrawny and trim/toned. Studies show that most women think the V shape is the most attractive male form. That means trim waist and broad shoulders. Everything else is just icing on the cake.
Definitely. "Unhealthy" skinny to me is bones sticking out and an overall "malnourished" look. Other than that, other types of skinny all look fine.
