What made me think of this question is that, on average, two people die each year from rocking vending machines and they end up falling them. I just substituted the vending machine for a disgustingly morbidly obese person. Hopefully this will clear up some confusion or add to it, take your pick!

I’ve never had it happen to me, thank God, because someone that big in a free fall can/will cause serious damage and it’s not like they can just get off of you, they usually can’t really move that well and will also be hurt. We had a patient that was about 450lbs that slipped on ice, on the way to a doctors appointment and broke and cracked several ribs, had internal bleeding, and a collapsed lung. He spent over a month in the hospital. I love you, Waldo but you have a weird 🧠. I would but at the same time, really wouldn’t wanna know how it works.
