What do you do when you're heart-broken?
When I'm that upset, I can't eat at all. Trying to eat makes me nauseous.
At first, I lie in bed and listen to sad music and cry a LOT. Then eventually, I get fed up with myself and get busy doing things I like, to reassure myself that there are so many other things that make me happy.
Eat a lot =D I know, I'm not helping.
I eat alot, cry then get up real fast. I've been used to getting hurt, so I don't whine alot.
You should mourn, accept and move on.
Moving on includes getting yourself busy at school., work, sports, etc...

Im the same, I comfort eat all the time, when ever I feel slightly bad, I eat and listen to depressing music.

ill eat something bad too here and there like carbs pastries ice cream but after a day or two I feel fat already and unhealthy that I force myself to go the gym and I remind myself that okay I had my treat of junk food, but now I'm gonna get my hot body back and go clothes shopping and look sexy and hot and find a better man to be with.
I don't eat when I'm emotionally hurting, I basically starve myself and let my insides eat itself. When my ex and I had broke up I didn't eat a whole week and lost a lot of weight. :'(
I eat a lot also. I think workingout would be a good way to deal with it...I have done that as well...so it is at least asomewhat good balance.
I do the same thing but also I listen to sad music and act very Emo
