What's a good and perfect weight for a 26 year old female that's 5'6" tall?

If the body is made of muscle (40-50%), bone (15%), organs (15-20%), water (60%) and other tissues, how much fat should you have on your body as a 26 year old female that's 5'6" tall, for a slim and nice look all around. (Suggested healthy BMI percentage: 21-31%)

I put a poll incase some of you don't feel like putting a descriptive reply but I'd love to hear all the input!

My personal goal is to be on the slimmer side. I don't want to be too big but not too skinny and boney. I still want to wiggle where it giggle lol but not cause waves like a tsunami. XD If you get what I mean! Just keepin it real y'all, lol. Just my preference in body type ahah. Would appreciate what you guys think! Picture/visual examples would help too if they are the same height as myself.
