When you are not accepting of yourself (or your life, there is always a reason), you look for flaws in yourself. The media broadcasts unnaturally skinny girls, and models, girls paid to be a representation of the "beautiful" (ugh.) are all also unnaturally skinny, as this way people try to do their best to buy products that are more expensive and attempt to lose weight. Most often, this is unhealthy, however - if there are any flaws in you, it's most often not your natural appearance.
What females don't seem to know is that there's only a definite layer of males who think "skinny" is attractive (in fact even then it is more likely just a "status symbol" and has social worth not true attractivity), while in reality these guys are all spoonfed the exact same media bullsh-- and are a gigantic group of shallow stupid idiots.

It's not only about weight. There will always be something everyone is not happy with in themselves. You have to improve the things you can and ignore the rest. It can be hard though, I know. I hate myself sometimes.
I find it strange when people say they're dieting. Makes it sound temporary. But people should eat healthy all the time. Lifestyle.
media partly plays a part. Be careful you have anorexic behavers and It would then be so easy for you to slip in to anorexia. your not happy with your body at a perfect size, your have become obsessed with working out and dieting, you have a distorted body image.

Its the media that keep sending stereotype about being skinny is beautiful.Im size 8 and I don't give a sh*t about it.The worst part is they made people believe that size 0 is beautiful.WTF? The only outfit that skinny girls can look good on is skinny jeans,thats it.They won't look good wearing other outfit.

I'm one of those females. I only want to have lanky legs because I wanna do some modeling. I hate having my thighs rub against one another and I hate how my clothes fit when I am not toned or flabby. I'm a pants size 3-5(US)
You are always on a diet, exercize 2 hours a day, and are a size 10?
You are full of sh*t. Only work out 10 minutes instead, but actually get off your couch and do something like moving. Last time I checked watching TV is not considered working out.
