When you started taking supplements did it make a big difference in your life?

I got my blood and urine tested and they made me a plan of what stuff I'm supposed to take and I haven't even got everything yet but it's really made a big difference. So far it's only been a week but I just feel mentally less exhausted and I can do some tasks easier than before I don't have to fight myself to get me to do something anymore I just did it and it took way less energy than usual. Also I recharged way more on the weekend I felt like I was ready for the next week when in the past I felt like it was never enough and I was starting the new week at a deficit already because I couldn't fully recharge.

FYI in the U. S. supplements aren't regulated so it's a lot more difficult to get a reliable supplier so that might affect your experience with them.

Of course I'm assuming you only take stuff you actually need and have a deficit of and not just random supplements.
