Listen to music not pop music something relax or search on YouTube sleep music

Or search for how to sleep in 2 min
It's work i always do it ( Army way)

. Or try to change your thinking to what happened today or something beautiful.
Or take sleeping medication

if all of that doesn't work. Vodka is the best way

Well depends on the thought… usually listen to music or make myself tired or just stare in the dark laying down haha but ya other stuff too for other emotions lol hbu

I use a sound machine and play ocean waves every nite. Done this for years. Helps you shift your focus and calm your brain. Also you can visualize yourself somewhere you love like the beach etc
