However, I am not very satisfied with my body. I used to swim almost everyday and that kept me in shape, but that was around..oh..almost 10 years ago. Since then I have not been as active.
I have gained a good amount of weight and it makes me uncomfortable. I am 5'2" and live in the middle of no where. My weight is probably near 180-190.
I would like any advice. I live in the middle of no where at the moment, the closest town is at least 15-20 miles away from me with no real active work out classes, etc.
Anyone have any websites, or videos they can suggest to me? I would love to kick this weight.
