So assuming you eat breakfast at home, I think most people only brush twice a day. Once a day if you grab a bite to eat in the morning. After having a tooth bust in half about a month ago, I'm re evaluting how often I should be brushing. I don't really have access to a bathroom, but I guess I could get some bottled water and brush during the day at work.
I don’t, I brush my teeth in the morning when I wake up and at night before I go to bed every single day religiously. I’ve never had a cavity in my life, but I do see the logic behind this.
From dentists, I do know that you are not supposed to brush your teeth within an hour of eating (or vomiting, fun fact) because it actually pushes more acid into your teeth and ruins your enamel faster.
So just keep that in mind too!

If I'm not too busy I'll certainly brush my teeth at work.
Yes and always.
The reason is that the nature of my work is traveling and I do not have a specific time (I can have breakfast at 12 at night) and i clean my teeth 3-4 times in day
and the dentist is very expensive in my country. Last year, he cost me 3,000 euros, and all I did was 2 degree whitening (because I drank a lot of coffee). And Simple caries removal
