Whats your secret to white teeth?

I'll admit, my teeth are a bit yellow naturally. I brush twice a day, but Haven't seen an improvement in years. I have tried everything I could to whiten them but nothing works. How do you whiten your teeth? Is there a certain toothpaste that works for you? Home remedy?

I use a whiting product sold at amazon. I disagree with people that tell you to use baking soda. Think about it, baking soda is abrasive. I also disagree with people who claim it will weaken your teeth. I've been whitening for many years. I go to the dentist twice a year & I always ask. He always said my teeth are fine. He even sells whitening gels.

If you buy a whitening gel I wouldn't go over 20%. It may take longer but it's safer. Don't leave it on longer then recommended. Like one person wrote " I over did it many years ago. They can cause sensitivity." Don't overdue it. Follow the directions. I can leave them in for hours while I sleep & others maybe only an hour.

I agree about the baking soda.. and the fact that teeth will not get weaker.. I've been whitening my teeth since I was about 15 years now and teeth are still fine lol. Maybe it's a genetic thing though.. Some people may have weaker teeth.

i brush them twice a day, I floss most of the time. I tend to stay away from sodas. I do like my tea here and there. they stay white enough for my liking. also I don't smoke

Every home remedy I've come across us hopeless, get a decent one from your dentist, avoid tea/coffee/red wine/green tea which stain your teeth, also depending on your genetic background some people have more clear teeth enamel which shows through the colour underneath more easily, imagine trying to lighten the colour of opaque glass, dioesnt work too well

Whitening products are pretty harsh on your teeth. It could be your diet also cut out excessive coffee or sodas they wear away at your enamel too as well as stain your teeth. There were some helpful home remedies for white teeth I will send you the link if you want.

I've been doing that for years but I have a retainer that I use for the trays... People always say that my teeth are so white.. and I always use straws for everything.

i receive compliments on my teeth but I have never tried whitening products. I don't know but it may be genetic. however, I don't drink coffee or tea because I'm allergic to caffeine.

A teaspoon of Baking Soda put on a toothbrush and brushed twice a day you should start to see whiting of your teeth within a week. The more you brush with baking soda the faster your teeth will whiten.

Whitening them is weakening them. It's a rather stupid trend. Keep them clean, brush thrice a day (as already small children are taught here), avoid tea and coffee, that's pretty much all you can do without putting your teeth' health on the stake.

I whiten my teeth with crest white strips. I also use whitening tooth paste. I also drink a lot of coffee so I'm always conscious if my teeth aren't white enough for me. There are home remedies you can use. You can make your own tooth paste with baking soda and lemon juice. Be careful with the whitening strips. I over did it many years ago. They can cause sensitivity.

I brush, floss, and mouthwash 2-3 times a day. I've always just stayed on top of my teeth. I don't drink coffee which is known to stain your teeth as well.
