Is there any way you can get someone to go to the drug store and buy you a box of THERAFLU. They have packets inside that you mix with hot water. Tastes like hot lemonade. You have to keep stirring it all the way to the bottom while drinking it, otherwise it all sinks to the bottom.
The have different kinds depending on your symptoms. So pick the one that has sore throat, runny nose and fever or the closest one for your symptoms.

Also get a bottle of Extra Strength Tylenol for your fever.

If you don't have someone to help you get these things, perhaps you can get the store to deliver them.

You need the Tylenol to bring your fever down.

There are some serious health conditions that can happen when a sore throat is involved.

Gargle with warm salt water several times a day to kill the germs In your throat and mouth.

If you have any white spots on your throat at all, you have no choice but to go to a URGENT care, doctor, ER and get on antibiotics! It won't go away without them.
If you see white spots you have strep throat which they used to call tonsillitis. And yes, you feel like you're going to die.

I went to an urgent care for some similar symptoms and it took me about 5 minutes waiting to be seen by triage and less than 5 minutes for the doctor to see me. You need to investigate the available care around you.
