I was sick for a few days with a sore throat and runny nose and a fever, and I didn't eat as much as I would.. I didn't exercise, I slept all day. I woke up yesterday and felt better, and looked in the mirror and it looked like I gained like 4 pounds? Then today I still have a bit of a sore throat and some body aches but I'm much better but the weight hasn't come off? Could this be water weight? I haven't really been drinking that much water when I was sick.
I think gaining your health again is most important thing right now. You will lose those. Dont worry. You did not move. No exercise. That's normal. Probably just water weight.

IT could just be water weight, when you don't consume much your body may bloat because it's feeding off whatever little food you've given it. even if you're not drinking water
