I just come from a naturally thin family. My mom and dad are both extremely skinny. My younger brother is 19 and he is skin and bones even though he eats a lot.
This one girl I know spent a month just eating nothing but chocolate and fast food after he boyfriend broke up with her. She gained 20 pounds.
So I've been doing that because I'm on holidays until mid January and I was done work Dec 16. I've been spending it just sitting around except when I go out with friends eating junk. I stopped going to the gym. I stepped on the scale today, and nothing.
What can I do to gain 20 pounds before work starts? I don't want to be fat, but I just need more meat on my bones so I'm not called anorexic or bulimic anymore. They ruined it for me with a guy I was seeing for only a week because they told him I was bulimic and he dumped me. I'm tired of it.
