I really really need to loose some more weight. I gained a lot in october and weighed 158 lbs. I started exercising again after an injury and eating more healthy and now I'm back at 136 lbs, I'm 5'6 1/2 tall. I need to loose another 10 pounds. I just don't loose any more. I'm a vegetarian, I only eat healthy and I run 4 miles twice a week and go to the gym 3 times a week and bicycle on the weekends, but I've been 136 lbs for 3 weeks now. it's so frustrating. it's the same weight that I was before I gained weight, but that was always too fat. I'm 16 years old and I'm tired of always have to hide my body. I live by the beach but I haven't been there for many years without having loads of clothes on. I feel ashamed of myself. I can't look at my body without feeling sick. I have an athletic body and big bones, I got that from my mom. but I'm so tired of being big and fat. Please. I don't want to take any weight pills, I just want to loose 10 more pounds, What am I doing wrong?
