Try to stay away from carbs, salts, and sugars. Vegitbles, fruits, and lean meats are the best. Don't drink any caffine products, only water and maybe a little juice or milk. Lastly, take a dieretic. Also, keep your calories really low, like 500 and under per meal.This is going to help you get off any water weight you might be careing. When I'm about to start doing this will help me lose 7 lbs in a week and when I'm not it will help me lose about 5 lbs.

Skip your meals and drink 3 protein shakes a day instead. If you can get used to being hungry for a week you will lose a TON of weight. Also drink tons of water. That helps with the hunger and it also flushes out fat cells.
thats not healthy but you could always have liposuction if you want it done fast but it might leave scars...

master cleanse+working out-it's not the healthy way-but it should get your results
