I need to lose as much weight possible in one week I don't care if its unhealthy! don't answer if you're just gonna say its not healthy.. don't care! Please I need tips !

Okay, please be careful while you are doing this and if you feel diszy or nausiated at all grab some food.

Try to stay away from carbs, salts, and sugars. Vegitbles, fruits, and lean meats are the best. Don't drink any caffine products, only water and maybe a little juice or milk. Lastly, take a dieretic. Also, keep your calories really low, like 500 and under per meal.This is going to help you get off any water weight you might be careing. When I'm about to start doing this will help me lose 7 lbs in a week and when I'm not it will help me lose about 5 lbs.

Apple cider vinegar in your water

Drinking 8 glasses of water a day

Exercising 90 minutes a day high intensity circuit cardio

Limiting your calorie intake to 1500 calories a day

Protein sparing modified fast. Look it up. Read up on them properly. If you're gonna do an extreme diet, you need to learn what the hell you're doing.

I'd recommend lyle macdonalds e-book 'the rapid fatloss handbook' on the subject.

You want the FASTEST way to shed pounds, and don't care if it's healthy or not?

Drink water and eat lean skinless chicken. Take a multivitamin to get in nutrients.

Skip your meals and drink 3 protein shakes a day instead. If you can get used to being hungry for a week you will lose a TON of weight. Also drink tons of water. That helps with the hunger and it also flushes out fat cells.

Don't use shakes. Agree with nutriotional content - i.e. all calories from protein - but protein shakes are suboptimal.
