I'm very short (5'0") and my weight carries in my upper half.
im currently 150lbs, and I'd rather get to 115-120
Any tips?
Notthing works like diet and exercise. But overall you have to change your lifestyle. You'll have to find active hobbies and eat healthy. It's difficult because of the culture of food has been shaped around what tastes good. But find other joys and use food as a way to satisfy yourself or find joy. Live life for the goals you want.
1. Eat clean! Have lots of fruits, veggies, protein and complex carbs.
2. Stay hydrated! Drink only water or unsweetened tea, don't have "diet" soda.
3. Green tea is good for your metabolism.
4. Stay active! Do some workouts you enjoy :) Personally I really like blogilates and XHIT Daily on YouTube.
